Step 1: Call 803.337.2082 to make your group reservation.  A $75 non-refundable deposit per spot is required at the time of reservation.  In the case of not filling a spot, the $75 deposit cannot be applied to the group’s remaining balance, but can be transferred if that spot is filled by a new person.  The group’s final balance is due by or before Monday check-in.  A check or card payment is preferred for final payment.  Please make checks payable to Camp Longridge.

Step 2: Download the 'Group Attendance Form.'  This form must be completed by the group leader and returned to Camp Longridge at least 30 days prior to your camp week.  Click here for the form.

Step 3: After your group reservation is made, you will receive an email confirmation with a Group Hold Reservation ID (GHR ID).  Please give the GHR ID to your campers' parents and to your adult leaders attending camp.  They will then need to go online and individually register their children and/or themselves if attending camp as an adult leader.  During the registration process, they will be prompted to enter the GHR ID.  It is very important that they enter in your GHR ID to ensure they are registering under your group name and claiming one of your reserved group spots.  All online registrations must be completed at least 30 days prior to your camp week.
